男子拨110上百次专骚扰女警语言下流不堪入耳

原标题：看蟹塘无聊男子拨打110上百次骚扰女警

　　扬子晚报讯（通讯员谢磊记者朱鼎兆） 35岁的张强（化名）在洪泽老子山承包蟹塘养螃蟹，看蟹塘时，无聊至极的他竟先后100多次拨打110骚扰女警消遣时光，12日，张强被淮安市盱眙警方处以行政拘留10日。

　　据盱眙警方介绍，虽然张强是在洪泽老子山拨打110，但因为老子山毗邻盱眙，所以他每次拨打的110都是盱眙110接警。可恨的是，张强每次拨打110时，如接线员是男警，他就不说话，如果是女警，则对女警说些不堪入耳的言语，对女警进行骚扰，使110报警服务台不堪重负，接警人员苦不堪言，严重干扰了正常接处警工作。

　　盱眙公安局治安大队根据张强的手机号码很快锁定其在洪泽老子山位置，并于12日上午将其抓获。归案后，张强对自己因感觉生活乏味、无聊，为寻求刺激多次使用150开头的手机号无故100多次拨打110接警台电话，并用一些下流语言对女接警员进行骚扰的犯罪事实供认不讳。
